About the event

Sable Dunes Audubon Society (SDAS) invites you to join us on Thursday, October 26 at 6 PM at Ludington Public Library for a presentation by Kim Balke of Conservation Resource Alliance (CRA).  CRA was established in 1968 with the goal to preserve and protect Northern Michigan's waterways, wildlife, and forests for future generations.  CRA protects  and restores watersheds in our immediate area including the Big Sable, the Little and Big Manistee and Pere Marquette River systems.  Ms. Balke is a biologist by training and program director for CRA.

For any of you who have enjoyed the tranquility of trout fishing, hiking, or birding along those rivers while listening to the piccolo song of the Hermit Thrush this presentation will enlighten you to how we can all continue to make sure these experiences are enjoyed by our great grandchildren.

Please note we will gather at 5:30 in the main room for snacks and conversation with a short general meeting at 5:50 and the presentation starting at  6 PM.

Sincerely,

Joe Moloney

President

Sable Dunes Audubon Society
